Yassou Greek Grill Cafe is a family-owned restaurant built on tradition, consistency, and a genuine love for Greek food. For over 20 years, we’ve been serving the Las Vegas community with recipes inspired by Greek home cooking, prepared fresh and shared with pride.
From our kitchen to your table, every dish reflects the values we started with — respect for tradition, care in preparation, and a welcoming experience that makes guests feel at home.

Established 2005
Cyprus-born entrepreneur, Peter Papas, dreamed of opening his own restaurant since he was a child helping at his Father’s NYC coffee shop. After moving to Las Vegas, Peter became the chairman of the Las Vegas Greek Food Festival’s kitchen. Attendees wanted to know where they could find the food after the festival. This inspired Peter to create the Yassou Greek Grill Cafe with his wife and two sons.
Today, Yassou continues to serve authentic Greek cuisine to the Las Vegas area.
